Cancelling a Booking:

Postponing Your Booking:
If your event is postponed, you may reschedule (at no extra charge) or a credit note will be issued to the full value of the booking (valid for 24 months).
If the Equipment You've Booked is Not Available:
In the event that the equipment you have booked is not available and we are unable to recommend a suitable substitute we will of course cancel your booking for a full refund.
If You Don't Pick-up Your Booking:
Refunds are not issued in cases where a customer fails to pick-up or receive delivery of their booking.
*Credit notes are not exchangeable for refunds or cash.
